    Industry Inteligence

    The innovation and Business Skills Australia (IBSA) is one of eleven Industry Skills Councils authorised by the Australian Government to be an official voice on vocational education and training and workforce planning for the future.

    IBSA creates an Environmental Scan each year combining direct industry intelligence with data on training and industry workforces, and presents detailed analysis of the influencers on workforce development and skills demand. IBSA’s Escan 2015 Predicting change - skills for the future, reports that one of the high level priorities for Australian industries is professional leadership and management.
